Returns General Products (excludes blue light glasses, contact lenses and sunglasses)

For all return requests, please contact us at info@nuvolife.ca within 15 days of the original purchase date. Requests past the 15-day delay will not be approved.

To be eligible for return, any product purchased from nuvolife.ca must be in its original condition and packaging. Drops, solutions, sprays or eye care products must remain unopened and will not be eligible for return if the seal has been opened/broken.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method minus the original shipping fee.

Contact Lenses

Unopened boxes of contact lenses may be eligible for exchanges. Please contact info@nuvolife.ca for requests and further instruction.

Blue Light Glasses

There are no warranties offered for Blue Light Glasses.

For all return requests, please contact us at info@nuvolife.ca within 15 days of the original purchase date. Requests past the 15-day delay will not be approved.

To be eligible for return, Blue Light Glasses purchased from nuvolife.ca must be in their original condition and packaging. They will not be eligible for return if broken or damaged (applies to both frame and lenses).

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method minus the original shipping fee.

Sunglasses

The manufacturers of your frame and lenses offer a 2-year conditional warranty from the date of purchase. An in-clinic inspection is required for all requests. Note that scratches are not considered a manufacturer’s defect.
