All orders placed by 3pm on any given business day have a standard processing and shipping delay of 3 to 7 business days, unless otherwise specified by email. Please note that contact lenses are subject to their own shipping delays since they are shipped separately from all other products.

Order processing for contact lenses is slightly different than regular stock items since they include a prescription. The shipping delay for non-custom contact lenses is 3 to 7 business days. All custom lenses (such as “extended range” or “XR”) are subject to a shipping delay of 2 to 3 weeks.

Shipping fees are applied at checkout.

 

For a limited time, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all contact lens orders.

For all return requests, please contact us at info@nuvolife.ca within 15 days of the original purchase date.

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit transactions (powered by Paypal), and Paypal transactions. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card.

You do not need to be a Nuvo Patient to purchase products from nuvolife.ca, excluding prescription contact lenses.

 

Online contact lens purchases in Ontario require a prescription confirmation from a licensed Optometrist. If you are not a patient of Nuvo, please follow the instructions on the product pages before adding to cart.

In Ontario, contact lenses are considered a medical device and therefore are exempt from taxes.

All other products available on NuvoLife.ca are subject to standard taxes.
